Received November 29th, 10.5 p.m. SYDNEY, November 29. The Hon. Ivo Bligh's cricket team arrived here to-day. The following arc the names of the New South Wales men who play against the Englishmen in the match commencing on the Ist prox.:—Allen, Oallahar, Davis, Evans, Geary, Middleston, >lair, Moses, Power, Turner, and Weare. The team is considered to represent the
moderate selection of the New South Wales cricketers.
Great excitement prevails on account of the forthcoming general elections.
ADELAIDE, November 29.
The Hon. Charles Mant, Colonial Treasurer, lias received a telegram from Sir ABlyth, Agent-General in London, announcing that the balance of the South Australian 4 per cent, loan, amounting to £426,000, has been fully subscribed at par.
