MELBOURNE, November 29.

Arrived, this morning, P. and O. steamship Rosetta, with inward Suez mail, which loft London 20th October. The Legislative Council Chamber was last night most successfully lighted by electricity.

It is stated to ho probable that Sir John Henry Lefroy will succeed Sir Wm. Robinson as Governor of West Australia.
