The Orient s.s. Cuzco, which left Melbourne on September 27tb, arrived at Plymouth on Saturday last. Nows has been received here that both Chambers of the Bolivian Republic have voted a truce with Ohili.

In the Chamber of Deputies to-day M. Ducloro, Premier, presented a Bill providing for the ratification of the Debrazzas’ treaty with Madagascar, under which certain territory in that island is acquired by Prance.
