Mr James Macandrew addressed bis constituents to-night at Port There were 200 persons present. ,® r W“Candrew spoke strongly against the policy of the Hoads and Bridges Construction Act, and praised Mr Montgomery s conduct as leader of the Opposition. A vote of confidence was carried unanimously. Afterwards, at the Provincial Hotel, a number of his constituents presented him with a gold watch.
