By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. [keuter’s telegrams.] Received November 16th, 1.40 p.m. MELBOURNE, November 16. J. Rosser, emergency man, takes the place of T. N. Grouhe in the eleven to play lor Victoria to-morrow against the English team. Information is to hand that the railway between Suez and Alexandria has been resumed, and passengers will now be forwarded from Alexandria to Venice. Archibald Forbes leaves for New Zealand on the 21st instant by the Manapouri.
