The organisation of the expedition against the false prophet and his followers has been completed, and a force of 1000 men have sfet out for Soudan. The debate on the Premier’s proposed new rules of procedure was resumed in the House of Commons last evening, when Mr Gladstone moved the adoption of the second rule, providing that no motion for adjournment of the House shall be made, except by leave of the House, until after the orders of the day and the notices of motion have been entered upon. A large number of amendments was proposed, and the discussion continued until the rising of the House.
