On the application of Mr Perceval an application for settlement of issues herein was allowed to stand over for a week, the other side consenting. BE JOHN O'EOtTRKB, DECEASED. Mr Harper applied for an order for letter* of administration to Margaret O’Rourke, and for approval of Charles O’Rourke and Charles Smith a* sureties. Order granted. POLLOOr V GRAY.

Mr Grcsson applied for an order for letters of administration, with will annexed, to Hannah Lee, of Rangiora, and that sureties be dispensed with. Order as prayed. PUBLIC TRUST ACT BE THOMAS H. Mr Harper applied for an order to take off the file of Court, an exhibit, and papers annexed to affidavit of Harry Bell Johnstone, filed herein on May 7th, 1878. Order granted, on condition that copies should remain, and that the originals should be produced at the trial if required.

On the application of Mr Feroeval, this application stood oyer. BE WE. DOBBS AND OTHERS, INFANTS, AND MALCOLM DUNCAN, XHHIB NEXT FRIEND. Mr Harper applied herein for order empowering the said Malcolm Duncan to pay out of the estate money necessary for maintenance, and that he be allowed to charge the estate with moneys already expended for maintenance It was referred to the Registrar to report on the term* of maintenance, before granting the order.

IN BANKRUPTCY. BE HENBY THOLLO W. Return to order of adjudication of October 20tb. The bankrupt appeared to surrender. BE ALBERT BUBSON. Mr McOonnel obtained an order herein for debtor’s costs out of estate. BE BOBEBT THOMAS JEFFREY. Mr Harper, for Mr Izard, applied that a motion herein for an order for debtor’s discharge should stand over until next Court day. Postponement granted. The Court then rose.
