OHRISTOHUBOH. Thubbdat, Ootobbb 26. [Before J. Ollivier, Erq., K.M.] DET7HKBNNES3. —Michael Byan, for this offence, was fined £l, or in default to be imprisoned for forty-eight hour*. Loniaa Byan, alia# Finerty, was fined 5s for being drunk, and £1 for making use of obscene language, or in default forty-eight hour*’ imprisonment. Wimrii Damaob to Pbokbbti. S. 8. Noall was charged with maliciously destroying windows and fences valued at £2 10a, the property of Thomas Sorton. The case had been adjourned for the production of evidence for the defence. This was not forthcoming, but the case was d smissed, as the evidence already taken showed that defendant had nothing to do with the offence, which, if committed, had been done by hi* children. Orviii Cases. —ln Ouxton Printing Co, v Dann, a claim for £1 10a ; defendant’s representative produced a receipt given him for the money, and obtained a judgment in hi* favor.
