Telegrams are to hand from Manilla, announcing that a terrific cyclone has been experienced in the Pbillippine Islands. The greater portion of the town of Manilla has been completely destroyed. Consols remain at 10H, and New Zealand loans at last quotations. she market for colonial wheat is qniet, but firm at 49s for Adelaide wheat, ex store, and 43s to 46a for Now Zealand ditto. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 345. Australian tallow is quiet; best mutton, 465; best beef, 43s 6d.

Seriona riots have occurred at Belgrade, in the course of which King Milin, of Servia, r while in the Cathedral of that city, waa fired upon by a rioter. The attempted assassination was, however, unsuccessful, and the man, whose name is Markovich, was at once arrested.
