The directors' report shows a net profit for the half-year, after making allowance for doubtful debts, &o„ of £98,921 17s 9d, to which was to be added a bslsnoe from last half-year of £IOO3 12s 2d, making a total of £109,925 9a lid, which it is' recommended to appropriate as follows : —A dividend at the rate of 10 per cant, per annum, £50,C00; a bonus of . 5s per share, equal to 5 per cent., £25 000 ; addition to reserve fund, £25.000; bi'ance to profit and loss now account, £9825 9s lid.
