Oembnt Compaht.— a meeting of the Now Zealand Oemont and Patent Slone Company wan held in Dunedin last week, when it was resolved—" That the New Zea land Cement and Patent Stone Company be voluntarily wound up under the provisions of the Joint Stock Companies Aot, 1860.” Carried. A question having been asked as to the cause of the winding up of the company, the Chairman intimated that the concern was not paying.
