[rbtjtkr’s telegrams.] Received October 9th, 12 50 p-m-MELBOURNE, October 9. The Orient Company’s steamship Liguria, from London via the Cape, hae arrived at the Head*, and been placed in quarantine, owing to the prevalence of smallpox at Capetown. _ A boat capsised in the river Yarra yesterday, when two persons wore drowned.
