Defendant pleaded insolvency, but as the goods had been received since his filing, judgment was for plaintiff, with coses. Christian v Koobuck, £3 5s 9d, balance of account for goods supplied. Defendant produced a rcoeipt for the amount, and judgment was given for defendant, with oojts. Borensen and Co, v Manhire, £7 3« 3d. Judgment for plaintiff without dispute. Morgan v Allwrigbt; olaim £l2 83, for balance due for commission on letting housss. Mr Ootterill for plains iff ; Mr Nalder for defendant. Judgment was for dofondant, with costs.
