Westenra, J.P.] Dbtoibnnesb. —Mary Cunningham, a woman, the list of convictions against whom fills three sides of foolscap, and who had only just been released from gaol, was as an habitual drunkard sontenoed to be imprisoned for three months, and to be kept f.t hard labor. W. Benson was fined si, or in default to be imprisDU6d for twenty-four hours. Peter Donnelly, who had on September 28th been committed to Addington for medical treatment, wqh now brought up oured, ordered to pay 10s 61 for hi: maintenance while in gaol, and discharged. Civiii Casbb—Lougeut's assignee v Burbury ; claim £l4 16; 6J, for gojds supplied. Defendant pleaded insolvency, but as the goods had been received since his filing, judgment was for plaintiff, with coses. Christian v Koobuck, £3 5s 9d, balance of account for goods supplied. Defendant produced a rcoeipt for the amount, and judgment was given for defendant, with oojts. Borensen and Co, v Manhire, £7 3« 3d. Judgment for plaintiff without dispute. Morgan v Allwrigbt; olaim £l2 83, for balance due for commission on letting housss. Mr Ootterill for plains iff ; Mr Nalder for defendant. Judgment was for dofondant, with costs. Judgmenc went by de.ault for plaintiffs in George's trustee v Calvert, 15.5; Bountrco v Dumphey, £2 17s 4i ; Heathoote Bo ad Bosrd v Greengoo, £1 lis 8d ; Same v Smith, £7 2» 6'l j Stevens v Hamilton, 16a ; Bowden v MoKenzis, 17s 10a; Loujue'/s assignee v Healey, £5 16j 4d ; Compton v Smith, £4 j and Brake v Anderion, £lO. Hcaihcote Road Board v Mrs George, Hulbert v Taylor, same v Eisley, same v Kirkwood, Noding v Petherick, and A ikiu v Gilbert were adjourned till Ootober 12bh.
