Judgment was for plaintiff, with costs, solicitor’s fee, and expenses of two witnesses.JPreeoe v Lawrence, claim £2 10s, tbe piioe of a wardrobe sold at auction. Defendant declined to take delivery, on account of the lots of the key. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed with costs. MoOlenahan v the Public Trustee. This was a case in which plaintiff claimed to be paid the sum of £Bl 18j 9d out of the proceeds of the estate of L. W. Dakin, which estate has been administered to by the Public Trustee. Mr McConnel appeared for plaintiff; Mr Button for the defendant. The claim was made up of money lent, chiefly by accommodation bills. After evidence hud been taken, which showed that the transactions had been of a bona fide nature, Mr Button said he was instructed that the case had been brought up for public investigation, and in tbe face of the evidence of the plaintiff, he should not offer anything to rebut it. Judgment was for plaintiff with costs, solicitor’s fee, and expense of one witness. Judgment was for plaintiff without dispute in Allwrigbt v Morgan, £l2 18s. Judgment went by default for plaintiffs in Jones ▼ Lewis, £2 7s 9d ; City Council v Owner of part of T.R. 127, £1 17s 3d ; Parker y Glasson, 6;; Merritt v Qiikoa, 12« ; Scandrett v Heller, 15s; and Leggatt v Hamilton, £l6 16i Id. ratriok v Shukar was adjourned till October 3rd.
