[reuteb’s telegrams. Received September 21st, 1.30 p.m. SYDNEY, September 21. The rumors that were current yesterday regarding the alleged changes in the Ministry, are now declared to be without foundation, or at least premature. MELBOURNE, September 21. The Government has called upon Dr, Barker to resign his appointment on the Victoria Medical Board. Dr. Barker has given a categorical denial to the statement that he attempted to procure an abortion in the case of the Late Mrs Stent, and demands full inquiry into the charge.
