[BBUTER'S TEIiBQBAMS.] LONDON, September 5. Consols have declined to 99-f. New Zsaland securities remain at the following quotations :—Five per Cent. 10.40 Loan, 107£ ; Five per Cent. 1889 Loan, 106£ ; Four-and-a-half per Cent. 1879-1904 Loan, Adelaide wheat, ex store, is unchanged at 48s, and New Zealand ditto at 46s to 48s. Off the coast cargoes of Adelaide wheat are quoted at 47a Bd. Adelaide flour, er warehouse, 355. Australian tallow, best beef, 45s 6d; best mutton, 46s 63. The catalogue at to-day's wool sales comprised 9700 bales. Bidding generally was quiet, but good combing wools realised full prices. John Dunn has denied that he intended to welcome the return of Cetewayo to Zululand. The services of the special constables in Ireland have been dispensed with, and constabulary who were dismissed have been reinstated to their former positions. NEW YORK, September 5. The homeward mail, which left Auckland on the 15th August, arrived at San Francisco yesterday.
