CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 5
The Anglo-Turkish military convention was signed to-day, and arrangements have been made for landing a force of Turkish troops at Port S*id. ALEXANDRIA, September 5.
The British troops paraded in force today before the enemy's camp near Kassassin. A reconnaisance of the position was effected, and brisk firing occurred between our outposts and those of the enemy.
[" AGE " SPECIAL ] LONDON, Sept. 6, 9.24 a.m.
Arab! is provisioning his camp. The Duke of Connaught's brigade is now stationed at Kassassin, and will advance upon the enemy about the 10th inst.
The whole of the troops have been paraded. Insurgents are menacing Kairwin, a decayed town of Northern Africa, in the State of Tunis.
