[fbb press association.] DIJNEDIN, September 5. At the City Court this morning, Robert Warnos was charged with fraudulent bankruptcy. The police applied for a remand to enable them to ascertain whether it was desirable to have the case heard here or at Oamaru. Prisoner wished to be sent to Oamaru immediately, but the Bench granted a remand. This is tho first case under the Criminal Fugitives Act. The Standard Insurance Company has declared a dividend of 7i per cent. fir the half year-
