Consols hav» advanced to lOOfr. The Bank rats of discount remains at 4 per cent., and the market rate at 3g. The total reserve in notes and bullion in the Bank of England remains at £11,125,000. New Zealand securities, Colonial breadstuffs, and tallow are without quotable change. At to-day's wool sale by auction 97,000 bales were offered. The tone of the sale was firm; 92,000 bales have been withdrawn from the sale since the opening of the series.
