SYDNEY, August 25. The debate on Mr Stuart’s amendment to the address in reply is still proceeding in the Assembly. New Zealand wheat has declined Id during the week, and is now quoted at 5s 3d. Now Zealand oats are unchanged at 3s 4d. Maize, 5s Id, being an advance of Id. Sugar Company’s No. 1 Pieces, per ton, £35.
