The following team was ohosen on Saturday night to represent Canterbury : —Messrs E. J. Cotterill, H. Loe, A. H. Anderson, T. Helmore, W. V. Millton, L. Lane, A. Hammerton, H. Parr (Christohuroh Club), A. St. G. Hammersley (South Canterbury), H. H. Parson (East Christohuroh), H. Spragge, P. Hyman (Ravene), A. T. Chapman, J. G. E. Winsloe (North Canterbury), J. P. Waohsman (Southbridge). The team leaves by express train on Thursday at 8.15 a.m., and with the view of giving the fifteen a little praotioe they will play against all comers on Oranmer square on Tuesday next, at 4 p.m.
