OHBISTOHUROH. Saturday, August 19. [Before J. Ollivier, Esq., R M., end R. Westenra, Esq.. J.P ] Deunkenness. Mary Ann White, an inveterate drunkard, and a frequent visitor to the Court, was sentenced to be imprisoned for three months, and kept to hard labour, Maria T. Smith was fined ss. VaGBANOY. Clara Dodsworth pleaded guilty to having no lawful visible means of support. She was sent to gaol for one month. T _. , Illegally on Pbbmises. James Fisher and Robert H. Parker, having been found during the night in baok premises belonging to a boarding houce kept by George Brown, wfrr brought up and charged with the above offence. They stated they were boarding in the house, but had been looked out, and had got into the yard by the back way. Mr Brown corroborated their statement. Mr Ollivier aaid he could not see that the pinBoners had committed any offence. Being boarders in the house they naturally must hare expected to have been able to get in at any time. Sergeant Hughes said they had been found asleep by a policeman who was not aware they ware boarders. They were discharged,
