Mails cloae for the following places as under (sabiect to the necessary alterations) : TUESDAY, AUGUST 15. For Otago and Australian colonies per Manapouri, at 1.45 p.m.; <late late fee letters, at 2 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. For Northern ports, per Hawea, at 7 p.m. The guard's van mutt not be used for this Mail.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16. For United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via Brindisi (specially addressed correspondence only), Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, the East, Aden, Mauritius, Suez, the Mediterranean Forts and Australian Colonies, &c, per express (to connect with Bs. Manapouri), at 7 a.m.
