Clara Dodswortb, who, similarly, was found on the premises of T. Teylor, vaa sent to gool for seven daps. Maintenance.—ln the case of an application by Rosanna Gardiner, for protection against her husband of her earnings, for the custody of her four children, and for a contribution to the support of the family, the defendant, James Gardiner, agreed to the order being made, and to pry £1 par week towards their zna'ntea&ixo. Order made accordingly.
Destitute Ciiudben.—Mary Hughes, aged eleven, and Annie Hughes, aged seven, were, on the application of their mother, ordered to be Bent to the Orphanage of St. Miry and St. Michael, Nelson, the first fop four and the youngest for seven years, to be brought up in the Bom&n Catholic faith.
