[BIUTEB'/S XHLBCtBAICS.I LONDON, August .2. A portion of cargo, which consists of 4400 carcases of mutton and a quantity pf beef, ex s.s. Lusitania, was sold by anction to-day. The mutton realised an average of 6id per lb. ["Ah«tjß" Bphoiaxs.] LONDON, August 1. The returns show the harvest to be considerably below the average. The American yield is very large. The dynamite faction of Chicago has established a dynamite school in New York. August 2. The Ladies' Land League in Ireland will shortly dissolve. Parnell and Dillon are organising a new constitutional league agitation. . The Irish police pay has been increased.
