Mails close for the following placas as under (subjeot to the naosasary alterations): THUBSDAY, JULY 27.
For Westport, per Kangaroo, at 5.30 p.m. ; late fee letters, at 5.45 pm. The guard's ran most not be used fcr thia mail. FBIDAT, JULY 28. For Chatham Islands, per Island Lily, at 9.30 a.m.; late fee letters, at 9.15 a.m.; guard's van, 10.25 a m. train.
BATURDAY, JULY 29. For Northern ports, per Waneka, at 7 p.m. Ihe guard's v,m must sot be used for this mail
Note .—After 29th inst., mails for t ksroa by Pigeon Bay tvi'l close at 7 am. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and by Birdlinge' Flat at 8 a m. on 1 ueßdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Mails for Leßon's Bay, Okaia's Bay and L'tile Akaloa, will close at 7 a in. each Monday and Friday.
