OHBISTOHUROH. Thursday, July 27. [Before J. Ollivier, 8.M., F. Guinness, J.P.] DbukkbnneSS. For being drunk and creating a disturbance on the previous night in the Golden Age Hotel, Thomas Hawkes was fined £l, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Using Abusive Language. A case against James Kirkpatrick lor using abusive and threatening language to Thomas Soott at Addington on July 19Ji was adjourned till August 3id. Crvn Cases.—Lough v Buckman, claim £4 4s, for fittiDg up a shop occupied by defendant, a milliner. Mr Stringer for plaintiff ; Mr Thomas for defendant. The evidenoe showed that the work had been done to the order of one Buxton. Judgment for defendant. T. and E. Pavitt v Goodland, claim £l4 19s, for timber supplied. Judgment for plaintiff for £'4 13a. Judgments were for plaintiffs, without dispute, in—Ford. Tipping and Co. v Hafdiag, £3 43; and Knight v Graham, £4 12* B£d. Judgment went for plaintiffs, by default, in—Armstrong v Landon, £3; Gray v Hammil, £4 9d; Mason, Struthera and Co. v Bell, £2 19j 6i ; and Weir v Bray, £l2. Tipping v Downie, Whitcomb v Bitchley, and Suckling v Fitzpatriek, were adjourned till August 3rd ; Enfield v Fleming till August Ist.
