THE WATERLOO MEETING, (By Telegraph.] TIMARU, July 18. At the Waterloo meeting to day there was a fair attendance, including 100 on horseback, many of whom made themselves a nuisance by galloping about. Hares were sufficiently plentiful, but ■ lay close.
