COURSING.
THE WATERLOO MEETING, (By Telegraph.] TIMARU, July 18. At the Waterloo meeting to day there was a fair attendance, including 100 on horseback, many of whom made themselves a nuisance by galloping about. Hares were sufficiently plentiful, but ■ lay close. The first courses and the first ties were run off with the following results. Waterloo Cup, for all aged dogs, at £l2 10s each; closed with 40 entries. Winner, -£I9J; runner up, £7O; one dog£l6 10a; three dogs, £l2 10a each; six dogs, £5 each; eight dogs, £3 each. First Courses.
