COBN EXCHANGE.

Beport for the week ending Friday evening, the 14th inst: - Wheat—Last week's quotations must be repeated, ao appreciable change having taken place in values ; good milling,.quality 4s 10s to 5a per bushel £ o.b. in Lyttelton; second quality 4s 3d to 4s 6d per .bushel; chick wheat, 3a 3d to 4s per bushel. Oats—Values during the week are unaltered; milliner sorts, 3s 3d to 3s 4d per bushel; feed, 3s id to 3s 3d; seed samples, 3a 9d to 8s lOd per bushel. Barley—There is still a demand for really good malting quality at from 4s Gd to 4s 7d per bushel; second rate malting samples are rather unsaleable, prices nominal; feed quality, 3s 3d to 3s6d per bushel, the demand tor the latter is hardly so good. Beans and Peas—4b 3d to ,4s 4d per bushel, f.0.b., for the former, the latter 3s 9d to 5s per bushel, according to quality. Grass Seed—No business of any importance tag as yet been transacted. Beally well cleaned Mad is worth from 5s to 5b 6d per bushel. Potatoes —Business during the week has been exceedingly dull; holders, hiwever, will not psrt under 35s to 37s 6d at country stations. Caeese and Butter—The former is worth 7Jd, ifea latter Is Id per lb.
