To assist in forming district clubs, whese object* mr.y be—(:>) Evening classes for instruction, (b) Athletio sports, (c) Singiag classes and bands of mime, (d) Debating and recitation classes, (s) Cricket, football, chess, draughts, and other indoor and outdoor amusements ; 4. To scours the co-operation of employers of labor in furthering the objects of the association ; 5. To obtain the co-operation of persons qualified to give assistance by way of instruction or cf entertainment in connection with the various clubs; 6. To promote tho establishment cf jncior benefit societies. " IV.
