[rsutee’s telegrams.] SYDNEY, July 7. New Zealand wheat remains at ss; New Zealand oats have advanced to 3s 9d; maize is unchanged at 5s Id; and Sugar Company’s No. 1, pieces, at £35. The Newcastle Borehole miners have refused to resume work until the arbitrators have settled the questions referred to them. ADELAIDE, July 7. Wheat is quoted at 6s 2d. There is nothing doing in the market. Town flour is unchanged at £l4 per ton; country brands, £l2 12s. Freights are dull, and no business is doing.
