[BEUTEB.'S TEIiEGItAMS.I LONDON, July 3. The preparations which have lately been proceeding at the War Office and Admiralty for the dispatch of troops and Teasels to Egypt are now completed. The work at the Arsenal and dockyards has been pushed forward with all possible speed, and an extensive force, including a siege train of aeventy-two guns, is now ready to depart for Egypt without delay if required. ALEXANDRIA, July 3. It has transpired that Arabi Pasha, as Minister for War, has made a proposal to the Council of Ministers that a levy en masse should forthwith be made for the purpose of increasing tho defensive force of Egypt. The work of fortifying this city ia now being actively proceeded with by the Egyptian authorities.
