Blackthorne 1 Jack ... ••• 2 A protest was entered against Japb on _ the ground of having won public money in provisos trotting rnce. Handicap Trotting Race, for horses in single harness ; one mile heat; best two in three, stakes SSeovs; second horse to receive ssotb from the stakes. First Heat. Mr C. A. Chavannea’ Little Nell 1 Mr Kirkwood’s Onr Pony 2 Mr Q. Mnrfit’a Mischief 3 Final Heat. Little Nell 1 Mischief 2 Onr Pony _ 3 For second money Mischief beat Onr Pony.
