[BKIJTEB’S TELEGBAMB.] LONDON, Juno 22. Telegrams are to hand announcing that large numbers of European refugees from Egypt are daily reaching Malta and yprus. The arrivals already number several thousands, most of whom are in on utterly destitute condition.
The sculling match which has been arranged between Pearce and Largan will take place on the TLamas on July 10th. FOOCHOW, Juno 20. The export of tea to the colonies to date amounts to 7,500,0001b5. The prices for most descriptions are two taels below quotations at the opening of the season, but the supply of fine to finest qualities is small, and the market for those descriptions is firm.
