[PBB PBBEB ASSOCIATION.! AUCKLAND, June 20. A special telegram from Ban Francisco states that the mail steamer Australia has on board 4100 centals of wheat, and 12,000 do of flour for Sydney. Two sailing vessels have cleared with 87,200 centals for Sydney, and one vessel for Adelaide with 41,900 centals. The price of wheat at San Francisco is Idol 670.

A petition protestirg against teaching trades in gaols will bo presented to Parliament this afternoon. It contains upwards of 1700 signatures. The captain and owners of the steamer Mohaka, which was engaged in carrying visitors to H.M.B. Nelson on Sunday week, charged with overcrowding the vessel, were fined £5, and ordered to pay 2s 6d a head for eighty passengers estimated to have been over her limit.

Tho little steamer Moa was sold by auction to Captain Williams for £950. The weather is very boisterous, but no damage is reported. The Gisborne Native Land Court refused to subdivide Kaiti, in the absence of the assent of all the owners. This decision, if correct, would mean that any one objector oould stop any subdivision. Last evening at Cast, J. Bowmans, in the employ of Mr Dickinson, was killed by a horse running away and dragging a dray over him.
