rBETJTEB'S TELEGRAMS.! SYDNEY, June 13,
The Marine Board has held an enquiry into the recent collision between the steamers Fairlight and Osprey, and has found that the former was at fault. The certificate of the captain of the Fairlight has been suspended for one month. The wreck of the Osprey has bsen sold for £690.
Negotiations have been resumed at Newcastle with a view to the termination of the miners' strike.
The report of the death of Hanlan was quite unfounded. An exhibition of electric appliances have been opened here. The ceremony was performed by the Governor. A telegram from Hong-Kong reports that the steamship Bowen has left that port for Wellington.
