LONDON, June 6,

Consols have declined to 100|; New Zealand Five Per Cent. 1889 Loan has advanced to 106. The Five Per Cent. 10-40 loan, and the 4| Per Cent. 18791904 loan remain at 106| and 103 J respectively. The market for colonial breadatuffs is dull, and prices are unchanged. Adelaide and New Zealand wheat are both quoted at 51a, ex store. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 545. Australian tallow, from 43s 6A for hest heef, and 44a for best mutton.

At to-day's wool auction 11,700 bales were offered. Good competition at full current rates was experienced for the lots catalogued. The cricket match at Bradford, between the Australian team and Eleven of Yorkshire County, commenced to-day. The Australians went first to the wicket, and were all put out for 128. Murdoch was caught for 41. His play was much admired, and, although the bowling of the Englishmen was dead on the wicket and their fielding excellent, he did not give a single chance. The Home team then went in for their first innings, and when the stumps were drawn for the day had eeered 100 runs for the loss of four wickets, Lockwood contributing 44. The weather during the day was fine, and great interest was taken in the match. The attendance of spectators was enormous.
