CHRISTCHURCH. Satubdax, Max 20. [Before B. Beetham, Eeq., R.M.] Dhunkbhnesb.—Rose MoOiusky, charged with being drunk and with destroying property belonging to Jas. Mitchell, was fined 10s and ordered to pay £2 7a 6i for the damage. Mary Ann Cook was fined sa. Wm. Warner was fined £l. James McMahon was fined 10s. For first offences, two men were fined each ss, all to be imprisoned on the usual scale, in default of paymen o f fines. Neglected Child.—Wm. McOonnol, aged two years, was committed for seven years m Burnham, at the request of his mother, who was ordered to pay five shillings per week for hia maintenance ; the child to bo brought up in the faith of the Church of England.
