[eetjtee’s telegeams.J MELBOURNE, May 18. An explosion of dynamite occurred this morning at Prahran, by which the Coalstone stables were destroyed, many vehicles being shattered to pieces, and the premises adjoining seriously damaged. The explosion is said to have been caused by an incendiary. Arrived, this afternoon—Union Company’s steamship Ringarooma, from the Bluff. ADELAIDE, May 18. A section of the Northern railway, between Quorn and the Government Gums, which completes the distance of 198 miles from Port Augusta, was opened to-day by the Governor, with the customary ceremony.
