At the wool sale to-day 10,600 bales were offered. Port Phillip wools are languid, and small quantities have been withdrawn. SAN FRANCISCO, May 16. The homeward Australian and New Zealand mails, which left Auckland on April 25th arrived here to-day, being two days in advance of contract time.
