[keuteb’s telegrams.] LONDON, May 17. In the cricket match, Australians t Oxford University, the latter scored 225 in their second innings. G. E. Robinson was the highest scorer with 55. The Australians required 61 runs to win the match, and succeeded in obtaining that number for the loss of only one wicket. The following is the score : —Bannerman, bowled, nil; Massie, not out, 46; Murdoch, not out, 15. Massie again batted splendidly, and oaly gave one chance; his innings, otherwise, was faultless. NEW YORK, May 17. The steamers of all the Atlantic lines are now carefully searched by the police on arrival here with a view of discovering the Phoenix Park assassins. CAIRO, May 17. It has transpired that the foreign Consuls, acting under instructions of their Governments, will demand of the Khedive that the Egyptian army should forthwith be disbanded, and that all rebellious officers should be banished. It is stated that in view of the present position of affairs, the Turkish Government will probably despatch a fleet of ironclads to Alexandria.
