The Cunard Company have received information from their agent at Queenstown announcing the arrival there of their new steamer, the Servia, having achieved the feat of making the fastest trip across the Atlantic yotacenmpUdicd. The particulars of the trip are as follows 3.35 p.m , Jan. 18th, passed Castle Garden; at 5.5 p.m. passed Sandy Hook, wind variable, moderate breeze; 19th, moderate breeze, distance run, 168 miles ; 20th, northerly breeze, 372 miles; 2lst, wind easterly, moderate, 380 miles; 22nd, easterly light winds, 360 miles; 23rd, southerly, fresh, distance 392 miles; 24th, south-westerly wind, 402 miles ; 25th, southwest breeze, 392 miles; 26th, south-west, _303 miles, to Queenstown; 2.16 am., ship’s time, passed Fastnet; 5.42. arrived at Queenstown. The apparent time of the passage is 7 days 12 hour a 39 minutes, and the actual time of the passage from Sandy Hook 7 days 7 hours 41 minutes. This is by several minutes the shortest passage on record, notwithstanding that the Canard route is by ninety miles longer than that taken by most of the other lines.
