A proclamation issued to-day announces that tho coronation of his Imperial Majesty, Alexander 111., will be celebrated at Moscow in August next, and commands all dignitaries of the Empire to attend the ceremony. New Zealand oats have declined to 3s 6d to 3s 7d for feeding and 3s 8d for milling sorts. BRISBANE, April 15. Foundering of a Steamer. The steamer Virgin struck en a rock on her passage between Mackay and Maryborough. The vessel sunk shortly afterwards, but all on board got ashore in safety.

The Ministerial Crisis
The “ Star” states authoritatively that there is no truth in the statement that Sir George Grey had communicated with a gentleman at Christchurch that his Excellency had asked him to form a Ministry, and that ha was prepared to submit the names on arriving in Wellington. Sir George Grey has not sent any teh gram to Christchurch to the effect stated nor to any part of the colony. Body Found. The people working at the wreck of the Vindex at Kaipara discovered another body close to where the Rona’s boat came ashore. It has on the remains of shirt and blue knitted socks. The body had been covered with sand, and was first observed through dogs scratching in the sand. WELLINGTON, April 10. The Ministerial SituationA meetinr of the Executive Council was held at the Premier's residence this afternoon. The business was formal. Nothing further ia likely to transpire till Sir George Grey’s arrival,
