[rEUTEB'S TELEGKAMB.] MELBOURNE, April 1. The Revenue-
The Victorian revenue returns for the quarter ended March 31st amount to £1,540,000, being an increase of £114,000 compared with the corresponding quarter last year. The revenue from Customs increase during same period by £96,781, and that from the excise duties by £21,140, and from public works by £15,247. The revenue for the nine months ended March 31st shows an increase of £435,500. ADELAIDE, April 1.
The South Australian revenue for the quarter ended March 31st amounts to £571,000, being an increase of £52,836 compared with the corresponding period of 1881.
