It is announced that the Right Hon. ~W. B. Gladstone, as Chancellor of the Exchequer, will deliver his budget statement on the 21st April; A Well-deserved Punishment-
A sister of Mr A. I?. O'Connor, an M.P: and Land Leaguer, who has recently been openly inciting tenants to pay no rent, has been arrested on that charge, and sentenced to six months' imprisonment.
