Barry's Bero 1 Mr J. Robinson's Satellite 2 Mr E. O. Ecawood's Magnolia ... ... 3 District Handicap of 30 sovs. One nd a half m'les. Mr Steven Eon's Lady Grey ... ... ... 1 Mr G. Gay's Cribbage... 2 Mr Wadsworth's Syiingo g All thno were capital ra;es, and there wero also seveial races for hacks. In the Hack Hurdle Bace there were two nasty spills, and Handman, the boy, the rider of Mr Jones' Maid of Honor, had to be carried in. The horse coming a crusher into one of the huidles rolled over and died in a short time. The boy was not muoh hurt. About £ SOO passed through total'sator.
