Boetbam.Ejq , R.M..J.8 Parker, and R Weatenra, Ejqrs., J.P.'e.J Dbunkenness.— Charles Faulkner, who iviia found drunk on Monday, locked up, bailed out, and again found drunk at night, was fined 5s for each offence, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment.—Alexander Johnston, for being drunk, was fined 58, and ordered to pay 2j oabhire ; for damaging the cab which conveyod him to the look-np, he was fined Is, and ordered to pay 10s for the damage; in default, seventy-two hours'im prisonment, with hard labour. Indecent Assault.—Arthur Sutton, on remand, charged with this offocco, was committed for trial at the next sessions of the Suprome Court to be held in Ohristohuroh. [Ho was allowed to go in the custody of his J father, the latter entering into a bond for "'9 appearance at the proper time,
