[betjteb’s TELEGEAMS.J Smallpox. MELBOURNE. January 31. Another case of smallpox has broken out among the passengers by the Mirzapore, who are in quarantine here. Mail Arrangements. The Postal Department announces that the P. and O. steamers will henceforth leave Melbourne with the homeward mails on Thursdays, instead of Wednesdays as in the past, except during the Indian monsoon season.
