Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, is unchanged at 565; and Now Zealand ditto at 525. Adelaide flour has advanced 3s to 4s 3d. The total reserve in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £11,000,000. Thero is a good demand for hides, and prices are one-eighth of a penny higher. January 27. Affairs in IrelandThe " Daily News " and " Standard " of this morning both publish paragraphs stating that the informers against the " marauders," who were recently sentenced to heavy terms of imprisonment, have privately revealed to the authorities the existence of a wide-spread and dangerous conspiracy in the South-West of
Iroland, especially in Counties Clare, Limerick, and Cork. WASHINGTON, January 26. Guiteau’s Trial-
Guitean, who was yesterday found guilty of the murder of President Garfield, has mado application to the Court for a new trial.
