[ekuteb’s telegrams.] MELBOURNE, January 25. Shipping. Arrived, last evening—Steamship Te Anau, from the Bluff. The Orient Company and the Quarantined Passengers. The Garonne’s passengers who have been released from quarantine arrived in Melbourne last night. The difficulty which has arisen regarding the payment of sustenance money during the period of quarantine is between tho passengers and the agents of the Orient Company, who demand payment from the former. The Government has been referred to, hut declines to interfere in the dispute.
